Dual Form. The elemental can take one of two forms and can change between them as a bonus action on its turn. In its 'sintered' form it resembles a humanoid made from a hardened material similar to breeze blocks, while in its 'dust cloud' form, it resembles a cloud of volcanic ash.
Dust Cloud Form. While in dust cloud form, the elemental gains a 60 ft. flying speed (with the ability to hover) and immunity to the grappled, prone, and restrained conditions. It can enter a hostile creature's space and stay there, in which case the creature cannot breathe until it no longer shares a space with the elemental. The elemental can move through a space as narrow as 1 inch without squeezing.
Sintered Form. The elemental gains a +4 natural armor bonus to its AC and immunity to fire damage.
Multiattack (Sintered Form Only). The elemental makes two slam attacks.
Slam. Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 12 (2d8 + 3) [bludgeoning] damage.
Slashing Wind (Dust Cloud Form Only). Each creature in the elemental's space must make a DC 14 Constitution saving throw, taking 18 (4d8) slashing damage on a failed save or half as much on a success.
