Innate Spellcasting. The retriever’s innate spellcasting ability is Wisdom (spell save DC 14). The retriever can innately cast the following spells, requiring no material components.
3/day each: Teleport (only self and up to one Incapacitated creature, which is considered willing for the spell)
Arachnid Ancestry. The Arachne has advantage on saving throws against being Charmed, and magic can't put the Arachne to sleep.
Spider Climb. The Arachne can climb difficult surfaces, including upside down on ceilings, without needing to make an ability check.
Web Walker. The Arachne ignores movement restrictions caused by webbing.
Web Sense. While in contact with a web, the spider knows the exact location of any other creature in contact with the same web.
MultiAttack. The Arachne can make two foreleg attacks and use Parlzyizing bite or web if it is able to.
Foreleg. Melee Weapon Attack: +11 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 15 (2d8 + 6) slashing damage.
Paralyzing Bite (Recharge 5-6). The Arachne targets one creature it can see within 5 feet of it. The target must succeed on a DC 16 Constitution saving throw or be Paralyzed for 1 minute. The Paralyzed target can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success.
If the Paralyzed creature is Medium or smaller, the retriever can pick it up as part of the retriever’s move and walk or climb with it at full speed.
Web. Ranged Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, range 30/60 ft., one creature. Hit: The target is restrained by webbing. As an action, the restrained target can make a DC 12 Strength check, bursting the webbing on a success. The webbing can also be attacked and destroyed (AC 10; hp 5; vulnerability to fire damage; immunity to bludgeoning, poison, and psychic damage).
Dexterous legs: The Arachne can take the Dash and disengage actions as a bonus action.
