Aura of Fallen pride. When any other creature starts its turn within 30 feet of Zuheyla, that creature must succeed on a DC 18 Wisdom saving throw, or it must immediately take the Attack action, making one melee attack against a random creature within reach. If no creatures are within reach, it makes a ranged attack against a random creature within range, throwing its weapon if necessary. Zuheyla can choose to have this aura active or inactive at the start of her turns.
Feed off the Audience. Whenever a creature within 60 feet of Zuheyla dies, Zuheyla gains 15 temporary hit points and has advantage on all attack rolls, ability checks, and saving throws until the end of its next turn.
Shapechanger. Zuheyla can use her action to polymorph into a form that resembles a Medium humanoid, or back into her true form. Aside from her size, her statistics are the same in each form. Any equipment she is wearing or carrying isn’t transformed.
Spellcasting. Zuheyla is a 15th level spellcaster. Her spellcasting ability is Charisma (Spell save 18, +10 to hit with spell attacks) She has the following bard spells:
Cantrips (At will): Vicious mockery, Mage hand
1st level (4 slots): Dissonant whispers, Speak with animals, Comprehend languages
2nd level (3 slots): Hold person, Phantasmal force, Suggestion, Crown of madness
3rd level (3 slots): Counterspell, Dispel magic, Fear
4th level (3 slots): Dimension door, Confusion
5th level (2 slots): Animate objects, Telekinesis
6th level (1 slot): Eyebite, Mass suggestion
7th level (1 slot): Symbol, Sequester, Simulacrum
8th level (1 slot): Power word stun
Magic Resistance. Zuheyla has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.
Multiattack. The master makes two melee attacks with her Baton of the Carnival.
Baton of the Carnival. Melee or Ranged Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 5 ft. or range 20/60 ft., one target. Hit: 11 (2d6 + 4) piercing damage, or 13 (2d8 + 4) piercing damage if used with two hands to make a melee attack, plus 13 (3d8) psychic damage.
Enthralling Performance (Recharge 6). Each creature within 120 feet of Zuheyla must succeed on a DC 18 Wisdom saving throw or be charmed by the master for 1 hour. While charmed in this way, a creature’s speed is 0. If the charmed creature takes damage, it can repeat the saving throw, ending the effect on itself on a success. A target that succeeds on the saving throw is immune to this effect for the next 24 hours.
