Fearless. Undyne has advantage on saving throws against being frightened.
Amphibious. Undyne can breathe both air and water.
True Hero's Advantage. Undyne gains advantage on all attack rolls on any creature if they do not have all of their hit points.
Heat Sensitivity. If Undyne is in temperatures hotter than 85 degrees Fahrenheit, she takes one level of exhaustion for each minute she is in the area.
Overwhelming Determination. If Undyne is reduced to 0 hit points, she does not fall unconscious and dies at the end of her next turn. When she dies, her body and equipment she was wearing or carrying disintegrate. If Undyne takes damage exceeding her hit point maximum from an evil creature, she instead transforms into her Undying Form. When the Undying form is activated, she regains all lost health, gains +3 to all stat modifiers.
Multiattack (Base Form Only). Undyne makes 2 Spear of Justice attacks and one Hero Soul.
True Hero's Multiattack (Undying Form Only). Undyne makes one Hero Soul attack, 3 Spear of Justice attacks, and one Magic Spears attack,
Spear of Justice. Melee Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 5 ft., 1 target. Hit: 8 (1d8 + 8) piercing damage plus 8 (2d8) force damage.
Hero Soul (Recharge 3-4). Undyne forces a creature that she can see within 60 feet to fight her head-on. The creature must succeed on a DC 13 Wisdom saving throw, or for 1 minute, it has disadvantage on attack rolls against other creatures except Undyne and must make a DC 13 Wisdom saving throw every time it attempts to move to a space that is more than 60 feet away from Undyne; if it succeeds on this saving throw, this ability doesn't restrict the target's movement for that turn.
The ability ends if Undyne attacks any other creature, if a creature friendly to Undyne damages the target or casts a harmful spell at it, or if Undyne ends her turn more than 60 feet away from the target.
Rising Spears. Undyne summons 10 blue portals in a 20/20 radius under herself. If a creature is in that radius, the puddle will move to them. After one turn, all creatures with a blue portal under them take 3d6 force and piercing damage.
Magic Spears. Undyne 1d20+5 (2d20+5 if Undying) magical spears and shoots them at whoever she targets. Each spear does 1d4 force and piercing damage and has a +9 to hit.
Tricky Spear. Undyne flings a yellow spear at one creature within a 50/50 ft. range. Once this arrow is within 5 ft. of the creature. The creature must make a DC 18 Dexterity saving throw or take 3d4+9 force and piercing damage.
Spear Circle. Undyne summons a circle of spears 10 ft. around a single target. The spears then proceed to close around the target. The target must make a Dexterity saving throw (DC 18), or take 22 piercing damage (3d10) and 22 force damage (3d10) on a failure, or half as much on a success.
Counter of Justice. If Undyne is to be hit by a ranged or melee attack, she may make a DC 8 Dexterity saving throw. If the throw is succeded, the attack is negated and Undyne uses her Spear of Justice action.
Undyne's Parry. Undyne adds 10 to her AC against one melee attack that would hit her. To do so, she must see the attacker and be wielding a melee weapon. The creature who she parried is now stunned for one turn.
Undyne can take 3 Legendary Actions, but only after another creature's turn. She gains all Legendary Actions at the beginning of her turn.
These actions are used in Undyne's base form.
Spear Volley. Undyne makes both a magic spear and tricky spear attack.
Green Attack. Undyne makes a Hero Soul attack.
Powerbomb (Costs 2 Actions). Undyne dashes towards and grabs one creature of her choice. That creature must make a DC 19 Dexterity saving throw or be grabbed by Undyne. If grabbed, Undyne leaps into the air and throws them to the ground. The creature takes 40 bludgeoning damage plus their constitution modifier.
These actions are used in Undyne's Undying form.
Spear Hell. Undyne makes two magical spear attacks and one spear circle attack.
Spear of True Justice. Undyne makes five spear of justice attacks.
Eye of The Storm (Costs 2 Actions). Undyne makes three spear circle attacks.
No Turning Back (Costs 2 Actions). Undyne makes one Hero Soul attack and five tricky spear attacks.
Wrath of the True Hero (Costs 3 Actions) Undyne makes one Hero Soul attack, five magical spear attacks, three tricky spear attacks, and two spear of justice attacks.
Description
Undyne heroically leads Asgore's royal guard and wears plate armor varying in light and dark shades of gray, but without armor, is a piscine, anthropomorphic monster. She has blue scales and a long red ponytail. She has red and blue fins on the sides of her head, and a pair of sharp, yellow, protruding teeth. She wears red eye shadow and has an eyepatch on her left eye. Her eyes have black vertical pupils and a yellow sclera. Undyne has no nose.
