Unbroken Unbowed. due to the sheer size and weight Utes will not be moved by anyone other than himself. he is immune to effects that would reduce his speed, knock him prone, or restrain him. no wall can impede his path constructions of force such as a wall of force or force cage cannot impede Utes' movement. He has advantage on all strength and constitution checks and saving throws. 

Dominus Crafted Weaponry. Utes weapons are magical

Dominus Domain. within 90 feet of Utes immense gravitational force emits from his form. creatures do not benefit from a fly speed or hover speed while inside of this aura while inside it counts as difficult terrain. when a creature starts its turn or enters inside this radius it must make a contested strength check or be knocked prone and pinned to the ground. a pinned creature can attempt at the start of their turn make a strength saving throw DC 20 to try and lift themselves from the ground. when a creature succeeds this saving throw they are are immune to the pin from dominus domain for 24 hours.

Limited Magic Immunity. Unless he wishes to be affected, Utes is immune to spells of 6th level or lower. he has advantage on saving throws against all other spells and magical effects.

Legendary Resistance
(4/Day). If Utes fails a saving throw, it can choose to succeed instead.

Actions

Multiattack. Utes may attack using his mace 3 times or use his mace 2 times and the tyrant's call once.

Dominus Mace. Melee Weapon Attack: +20 to hit, reach 10 ft., 1 target. Hit: # (6d12 + 20) bludgeoning damage.

Tyrants Call. Utes chooses one creature he can see the creature must make a strength saving throw DC 26 or be pulled within 10 feet of Utes and knocked prone.

Decimating Blow(Recharge 5-6). Utes shatters the ground where he stands and all creatures within 120 ft must make a dexterity saving throw DC 26 or take 12d6 bludgeoning damage and be knocked prone on a failure. on a success the creature takes half as much damage and is not knocked prone.

Realm of Dominus(only usable when blooded). Utes can target one creature within 60 feet. that creature must make a charisma saving throw DC 25 or be transported to a demi plane with Utes sealed off from outside or entry. the target is stuck here until the end of Utes' next turn. this feature cannot be used again until the next dawn.

Legendary Actions

Utes can make 4 legendary actions  choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature's turn. Utes regains spent legendary actions at the start of his turn.

Hammering Force. Utes can make 2 attacks with his Mace.

Bow(2 actions). Utes can use tyrants call twice.

Dominus Pressence. Utes forces all creatures within 90 feet of him to make a strength saving throw DC 25, on a failure the creature takes 5d10 force damage and is knocked prone. on a success creatures take half as much damage and are not knocked prone

 

Description

A towering suit of armor brandishing a cruel mace the visage of Utes the Eikon of Domination was burned into the minds of the enemies and allies alike across the many battlefields he traveled. his intimidating stature is not one to be trifled with. with those days of glory and battle long gone he rests upon his unmoving throne waiting to be stirred from slumber once again by might to rival his.

Lair and Lair Actions

Utes makes his lair within a single mountain of stone and metal bent by his will and formed as a monument of his might to display the immensity of his strength.

Lair Actions

On initiative count 20 (losing initiative ties), the Utes takes a lair action to cause one of the following effects; Utes can’t use the same effect two rounds in a row:

  • stones and boulders fly from the walls towards enemy creatures, enemy creatures within the lair must make a dexterity saving  throw DC 20 or take 4d10 bludgeoning damage from the flying debris.
  • the earth rumbles and shakes all creatures within the lair must make a strength saving throw DC 20 or be knocked prone.
  • the ground is littered with sharpened stones and rubble every 5 ft of movement a creature takes 2d4 piercing damage this lasts until the next initiative count 20.
