Discorporation. When the god dies outside its domain, its body is destroyed but its essence travels back to its domain and it is unable to take physical form for a time.
Guardian Aura. When a hostile creature starts its turn within 15 feet of the goddess or enters that area for the first time on its turn, its speed is halved and it takes 13 (3d8) psychic damage.
Innate Spellcasting. The god's innate spellcasting ability is Wisdom (spell save DC 27). It can innately cast the following spells, requiring no material components:
At will: Banishment (8th level), Command (8th level), Geas (9th level), Guardian of Faith, Warding Bond, Zone of Truth
Limited Magic Immunity. Unless it wishes to be affected, the god is immune to spells of 6th level or lower. It has advantage on saving throws against all other spells and magical effects.
Legendary Resistance (5/day). When the god fails a saving throw, it can choose to succeed instead.
Magic Weapon. The god’s weapon attacks are magical.
Regeneration. The god regains 30 hit points at the start of its turn if it has at least 1 hit point.
Portent. The god makes 5 portent (d20) rolls per day and can replace any attack roll, saving throw, or ability check made by you or a creature that you can see with one of these foretelling rolls.
Lucky Day (Mythic Trait; Recharges after a Short or Long Rest). When the god is reduced to 0 hit points, it doesn't die or fall unconscious. Instead it regains 600 hit points and gains the benefit of the foresight spell for 1 hour. For 1 hour after using this trait, the god can take mythic actions and has 5 legendary actions instead of 3.
Multiattack. The god can use its Lustful Presence. It then makes four attacks with its dagger.
Dagger. Melee or Ranged Weapon Attack: +19 to hit, reach 5 ft. or range 20/60, one target. Hit: 13 (1d4 + 10) piercing damage. After being used to make a ranged attack, the dagger immediately returns to the god's hand.
Lustful Presence. Each creature of the god's choice within 120 feet of it, aware of it, and is attracted to females must succeed on a DC 17 Charisma saving throw or become charmed for 1 minute. A creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, with disadvantage if the god is within line of sight, ending the effect on itself on a success. If a creature's saving throw is successful or the effect ends for it, the creature is immune to the god's Lustful Presence for the next 24 hours.
Change Shape. The god magically polymorphs into a humanoid or beast. It reverts to its true form if it dies. Any equipment it is wearing or carrying is absorbed or borne by the new form (the god’s choice). In a new form, the god retains its statistics other than its size and movement speeds.
The god can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. This increases to 5 while its Mythic Trait is active. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time, and only at the end of another creature's turn. The god regains spent legendary actions at the start of its turn.
Attack. The god makes an attack with its dagger.
Spell. The god casts a spell with its Innate Spellcasting trait that has a casting time of 1 action.
Portent. The god can make another portent roll to add to their pool. The portent pool cannot have more that 5 foretold rolls.
Mythic Bane. The goddess forces one enemy within 60 feet of her to subtract 1d4 from each of its saving throws until the end of her next turn.
Mythic Attack (Costs 2 Actions). The god makes three attacks with its dagger.
Mythic Summon (Costs 4 Actions). The god summons a death tyrant at a point it can see within 120 feet. The death tyrant rolls initiative and acts as an ally of the god. It remains until it or the god is reduced to 0 hit points or until the god uses this mythic action again.
Description
Beshaba (be-shah-ba) is a deity who is feared far more than she is venerated, for she is spiteful, petty, and malicious. The Maid of Misfortune is given to random behavior and bouts of extreme jealousy with regards to her sister, demanding equal veneration (or at least lip service) to that given to Tymora. Although the thought of Beshaba actually appearing is enough to make most folk tremble, she is always invited and welcomed formally in speeches or ceremonies of formal functions (such as marriages and coronations), contests of sport or martial prowess, or at the naming of children. If not invited, she may take offense and wreak endless misfortune upon those involved.

Posted Mar 30, 2024Love this one. One criticism is that Beshaba's Divine Domain is in the Abyss and has tiefling ancestors so she should be a fiend like Tiamat
