Traits

Innate Spellcasting. The fair fighter is a 20th level spellcaster. Their innate spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 21, +13 to hit on spell attacks). It can innately cast the following spells requiring no components, and does not need to concentrate to maintain a spell’s effects for the duration:

At will: misty step, longstrider
3/day each: compelled duel, suggestion

Enchanted Rapier. The fair fighter's weapon attacks are magical.

Evasion. When the fair fighter is subjected to an effect that allows them to make a dexterity saving throw to take half damage, they instead take no damage if they succeed on the saving throw, and only half damage if they fail.

Actions

Multiattack. The fair fighter makes 4 rapier attacks. They may substitute two attacks to instead cast a spell.

Rapier. Melee Weapon Attack: +15 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 19 (3d6 + 9) piercing damage. A target that is hit by four successive rapier attacks in a single turn must make a DC 23 Dexterity saving throw or be knocked prone.

Riposte. The fair fighter ripostes a target it just parried or that is knocked prone within range. The target takes 100 piercing damage. If they are under half their maximum health, they instead take piercing damage equal to half their maximum hit points.

Reactions

Parry. As a reaction to when they are attacked, but before the roll is announced, the fair fighter may make a weapon attack against the attacker, if they are in range. Roll to hit for both parties. If the fair fighter rolls higher (with bonuses and all), the attack misses, and the attacker's turn immediately ends.

Description

In spite of their name, fair fighters are anything but fair fighters. Cunning and devious, they are fond of challenging obviously less talented foes purely for the hell of it. Their skill with the blade dwarves that of practically any mortal, and making a mistake around them is effectively a death sentence.
