Traits

Keen Hearing and Smell. The hound has advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on hearing or smell.

Pack Tactics. The hound has advantage on an attack roll against a creature if at least one of the hound's allies is within 5 feet of the creature and the ally isn't incapacitated.

Natural Cuteness: The puppy is so naturally cute that it has advantage on all performance rolls, any CHA checks, or any check that it could be argued the cuteness affects. The puppy loses this ability when it grows up, an it's CHA goes down by -4.

Tame:  You may attempt to tame this creature so long as the creature has not taken any damage from you or your party. In order to tame a creature, you must make a number of successful Wisdom (Animal Handling) checks equal to the creature's challenge rating The DC for these checks equals 15 + the creature's Intelligence modifier. On a failed check, the attempt at bonding is unsuccessful and you subtract 1 from your number of successful checks (the total cannot go below 0). On a successful check, the attempt at bonding is successful, and you add 1 to your number of successful checks A tamed creature is friendly to you and obeys your commands unless a command is likely to result in its death or if a command would cause it to stray too far from its normal disposition and alignment.

Raise to Adult: You can attempt to raise this creature into a full grown Hell Hound loyal to you and with custom stats and skills based on the food you give it, and the training regiment it goes through during the raising process. It takes 10 weeks of DT to raise the puppy to an adult, and an animal handling check must be made for each week. You must succeed at over half the checks or the Hell Hound is not loyal to you, and attacks you after the last animal handling roll. The DC for the check is the same as the DC for taming, but can be modified by various factors such as the food you give it or the skills you're trying to teach it. The details of these mechanics are up to the DM.

Actions

Metal Fang Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit:  (1d8 + 1) piercing damage plus  (1d6) fire damage.

Fire Breath (Recharge 6 or after Short rest). The hound exhales fire in a 10-foot cone. Each creature in that area must make a DC 12 Dexterity saving throw, taking 21 (3d6) fire damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one. The breath does not ignite the creatures hit by it.

Bonus Actions

Distract with Cuteness: As a bonus action the puppy an try to distract an enemy with it's cuteness. It can do a performance check. Any creature that can see the puppy has to make a DC WIS save with DC equal to the performance check number. If they fail, then they attack at disadvantage, and can be attacked at disadvantage until the puppies next turn. Once a creature has been affected by this, they are immune to it.
