Trampling Charge. If the wartortle moves at least 20 feet straight toward a creature and then hits it with a hooves attack on the same turn, that target must succeed on a DC 14 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone. If the target is prone, the wartortle can make another attack with its feet/flippers against it as a bonus action.
Slow & Steady. The wartortle cannot take the Dash action. If the wartortle would be affected by difficult terrain, and that difficult terrain's movement penalty can be negated by moving slowly, then the wartortle can move at normal speed through the terrain (this does not negate damage from the terrain).
Trample. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 6 (2d4) bludgeoning damage.
Snap. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 11 (2d6) piercing damage.
