Psionic Screech: Every creature within 30 feet of the amalgamation must make a DC 12 Charisma saving through or be frightened of the amalgamation. If a creature succeeds, they cannot be effected by the amalgamation’s psionic screech for 24 hours.

Description
Sprouting from a twisted and deformed porcelain doll-like lower half, two twitching upper bodies convulse uncontrollably and scratches at itself with claws as long as greatswords. One of the upper halves sits at the lower-to-mid back of the other, reaching out the rear side of this horrid form. Psionic screams of pain emanate from this creature, concreting it’s existence as one of agony and desperate savagery.
