Standing Leap. The bulette pup's long jump is up to 20 feet and its high jump is up to 10 feet, with or without a running start.
Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 9 (2d6 + 2) piercing damage.
Deadly Leap. If the bulette pup jumps at least 10 feet as part of its movement, it can then use this action to land on its feet in a space that contains one or more other creatures. Each of those creatures must succeed on a DC 12 Strength or Dexterity saving throw (target's choice) or be knocked prone and take 5 (1d6 + 2) bludgeoning damage plus 5 (1d6 + 2) slashing damage. On a successful save, the creature takes only half the damage, isn't knocked prone, and is pushed 5 feet out of the bulette's space into an unoccupied space of the creature's choice. If no unoccupied space is within range, the creature instead falls prone in the bulette's space.
Ground Slam. The bulette pup uses its wight to slam down onto the ground. Every creature within 10 feet of the bulette pup must succeed on a DC 12 Strength or Dexterity saving throw (target's choice) or be knocked prone.
Snapping jaw. When a creature enters within 5ft of the bulette pup's reach, the Bullet can make a bite attack against them as a reaction.
Villain actions: to be taken after the end of another creature's turn.
Round 1 - Erupt. The bulette pup uses its Deadly Leap action while bursting from under its prey.
Round 2 - Leap and Throw. The bulette attempts to grapple a creature, and has advantage on its check if the target is prone. On a success, it jumps 10 feet in the air and throws the creature 10 feet in any direction.
Round 3 - Landshark Fury. The bulette can move up to its speed and makes two bite attacks.
