Talons. Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 12 (2d6 + 5) slashing damage.
Lightning Breath (Recharge 5–6). The Hawk exhales lightning in a 90-foot line that is 5 feet wide. Each creature in that line must make a DC 17 Dexterity saving throw, taking 50 (9d10) lightning damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.
The Awakened Stormhawk can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature’s turn. The Awakened Stormhawk regains spent legendary actions at the start of its turn.
Detect. The Awakened Stormhawk makes a Wisdom (Perception) check.
Talon. The Awakened Stormhawk makes a talon attack.
Boost (Costs 2 Actions). The Awakened Stormhawk's tail thrusters engage. Any creature within 10 feet of the Stormhawk must succeed on a DC 17 constitution saving throw or take 10 (3d6) thunder damage on a failed save or half as much on a successful save. The Hawk can then move up to half its fly speed without provoking opportunity attacks.
Description
The Awakened Stormhawk is a huge hawk constructed from a vast array of armor plating and magical technology. Created by scientists in the capital of the old world pre-cataclysm, the Stormhawk served as a powerful guardian patrolling the lands around the capital using its breath weapon to dispatch enemy forces. The Awakened Stormhawk has long since gone mad and is missing several armor plates, rusted and overgrown with moss, while limbs or other body parts may be missing.
