  • Aakatosh's gaze creates a twisting pattern of colors that spreads through the air within a 30-foot cone within range. . Each creature in the area that sees the pattern must make a Wisdom saving throw. On a failed saving throw, the creature is mesmerized for the entire duration. Once hypnotized, the creature will hallucinate distorted memories of the past, which can drive it crazy.
    at the end of each turn of the creature, it has to make a new wisdom check, to try not to go mad.
    While enchanted by this spell, the creature is incapacitated and has a speed of 0.
    The spell ends for an affected creature if it takes any damage or if someone else uses an action to shake the creature out of its stupor.

    Aakatosh's shrill scream provokes a blast of sound that destroys everything within range of a 10 meter cone.
    Each creature that is hit must make a Constitution Saving throw, and if it fails it takes 2 d8 damage and is thrown 15 yards away. On a success, the creature takes half damage and maintains its position.
    Other inanimate objects and constructions are immediately pushed by the sound wave.
Actions

Multiattack. The deva makes two melee attacks.

 

Change Shape. The deva magically polymorphs into a humanoid or beast that has a challenge rating equal to or less than its own, or back into its true form. It reverts to its true form if it dies. Any equipment it is wearing or carrying is absorbed or borne by the new form (the deva's choice).

In a new form, the deva retains its game statistics and ability to speak, but its AC, movement modes, Strength, Dexterity, and special senses are replaced by those of the new form, and it gains any statistics and capabilities (except class features, legendary actions, and lair actions) that the new form has but that it lacks.
