Description
Azazel was an angel that was banished from the celestial realm of Syrania and cast down to the Material Plane. One sin led to their fall: Envy of mortal lives and possessions. Now on the mortal plane they use Obsolete Life, a dark ritual spell to become others using the body and soul of the target.
Fallen Angel. The insatiable need to live a mortal life has transformed a fallen angel, physically and mentally. In its true form, Azazel appears to be a warped angel with bloody stumps in place of its wings. Azazel uses disguise self to hide its corruption, presenting an image of a normal mortal target when not affected by Obsolete Life.
The Weight of Envy. When Azazel's malice of their stolen form reaches a peak their alignment shifts back to Lawful Evil. When this happens Azazel becomes more cruel and more obviously not the same person as before. When this happens they chose a new target to copy and take steps to cast Obsolete Life with them.
Immortal Nature. A radiant idol doesn’t require food, drink, or sleep.
