Gaseous Form: The cloud bear thing can enter a hostile creature's space and stop there. It can move through a space as narrow as 1 inch wide without squeezing.
Death Domain: Each creature that starts its turn within 20 feet of the cloud bear thing takes 10 points of necrotic damage. The cloud bear thing then regains hit points equal to half of the total damage dealt. Creatures who share a space with the cloud bear take 20 points of damage instead.
Soul Eater: Creatures within 60 feet of the cloud bear thing are unable to regain hit points by any means. if the bear thing kills a creature, that creature's soul is devoured and the creature cannot be revived by any means short of divine intervention.
Immutable form: The cloud bear thing is immune to any spell or effect that would alter its form.
Magic Resistance: The cloud bear thing has advantage on all saving throws against spells and other magical effects.
Multiattack: The cloud bear thing can use its frightful presence. It then makes three attacks: one with its bite and two with its claws.

This additional damage reduces the targets hit point maximum by a number equal to the additional damage dealt. if a targets hit point maximum reaches 0, the target dies.

Consume Soul (Recharge 5-6): The cloud bear chooses one creature with which it shares a space. The target must succeed on a DC 21 Constitution saving throw or take 66 (12d10) points of necrotic damage. The cloud bear immediately regains hit points equal to the amount of necrotic damage dealt. on a failed save, the targets hit point maximum is reduced by a number equal to the amount of necrotic damage done. if a targets hit point maximum reaches 0, the target dies.
Frightful Presence: Each creature of the cloud bear's choice that is within 120 feet of the cloud bear and aware of it must succeed on a DC 21 Wisdom saving throw or become Frightened for 1 minute. A creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, Ending the Effect on itself on a success. If a creature's saving throw is successful or the Effect ends for it, the creature is immune to the cloud bear's Frightful Presence for the next 24 hours.
