Too Far Gone. This creature cannot be pacified by any means.

Everlasting Dread. This creature is immune to being frightened.

Horrifying Visage. Each non-undead creature within 60 feet of the Abomination that can see it must succeed on a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw or be frightened for 2 rounds, gain disadvantage on attack rolls against this creature, and need to repeat the wisdom saving throw. If the save fails by 5 or more, the target also ages 1d4 × 5 years. A frightened target can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the frightened condition on itself on a success. If a target's saving throw is successful or the effect ends for it, the target is immune to this Abomination's Horrifying Visage for the next 24 hours. The aging effect can be reversed with a greater restoration spell, but only within 24 hours of it occurring.

Bleed. Every creature that is grappled (Max 4) takes 2d8 necrotic damage and 2d8 poison damage as black ichor seeps from the holes in its legs. The creature affected must make a constitution save DC 16 or be poisoned for 1 minute.

Description

This abomination is what happens when the spirit walkers of the Freljord revere The Thousand Pierced Bear. Made from various parts of different animals and people, this monstrosity knows only one goal: kill.
