On a success, a creature takes half the damage..
Description
The baleful bard is a spiteful creature formed from the spirit of a minstrel or troubadour. Initially, a baleful bard will appear to be the spirit of a wandering bard, playing a revelry on their instrument. However, if approached they react to the interruption by attacking.
