Traits

If a group of 3 or more bloodless guards find the body of a member of the brotherhood dead then over the course of the next 3 days, they will drain its blood, insert mechanical parts into their body and turn them into a bloodless guard. they will not attempt this with the body of someone not in or aligned with the brotherhood, constructs or those who have been dead for longer than a month and if they are organic then the guards will instead eat the body.

Actions

Bite: melee attack, +5 to hit, reach 7 ft, one target, 10 (2d6 + 3) piercing damage plus  20 (2d10+5) necrotic damage. If the target is a creature, it must succeed on a DC 14 strength saving throw or be pinned by the guard (restrained) and take an extra 5 (2d4) piercing damage for every turn it does not succeed on a DC 14 strength saving throw.

Blood screech: the bloodless guard lets out a blood curdling scream which affects all who hear it (other than members of the red brotherhood). If the targets hear it then they must succeed on a DC 12 wisdom saving throw or become frightened for the next 1 minute. The bloodless guard can change the location the targets hear the screech from for each target and for as long as the target doesn't see the guard this affect can be repeated every 30 minutes. If the target sees the guard after hearing the screech then it becomes immune to the effect for the next 2 days.
