Plague bow. Ranged Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, range 120/200 ft., 3 target. Hit: 10 (2d8 + 8) [necrotic] damage.
Amputator scythe: Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., 1 target. Hit: 5 (1d12 + 6) [necrotic] damage.
Fly. Baba Iaga Plagueweaver can cast Fly as a reaction or bonus action.
Bone Knife. Baba Iaga Plagueweaver can cast Ice Knife as a reaction or standard action.
Plague touch. Baba Iaga Plagueweaver deals 2d6 of cold damage to anything she touches.

Phantom Bloodcurl. Creatures around Baba Iaga have disadvantage in melee attacks unless they succeed a CON saving throw (16).
Necrotic Heart. creatures within 30 ft of Baba Iaga receive 1d4 necrotic damage every round, unless they succeed a CON saving throw (16), every round they must succeed to avoid this damage, if they recieve this damage 6 times in a row their HP will be halved, if they get it 3 more consecutive times, the character will fall unconscious.
This effect can be halted with greater restoration.
Fly. Baba Iaga can cast Fly as a reaction or bonus action.
Bone Knife. Baba Iaga can cast Ice Knife as a reaction or standard action.
Plague touch. Baba Iaga deals 2d6 of cold damage to anything she touches.
Bone stab (1 spell slot # reaction). When a creature comes within meele range of Baba Iaga, she can use a spell slot to cast ice knife and stab the creature. This deals the same damage as the ice knife spell, but has a chance of stunning the character (CON save: 16) and leave the sickness status.
Blood curl aura (1 spell slot # reaction). When threatened Baba Iaga Plagueweaver can materialize an aura of disease to protect herself, once covered by this aura, any meele attackers must succeed a CON save of 16 or fail the attack due to the pain of the blood curl.
Instant Misty step (1 spell slot # reaction). On another creature's turn, Baba Iaga can use misty step as a reaction to avoid damage.
𒄊𒀕𒃲 Incarnate (HP below half # reaction). Upon reaching below 100 HP Baba Iaga will undergo an extreme transformation, and will gain new abilities Listed on her attacks.
Devour innocent (Costs 2 Actions). When under half health Baba Iaga Plagueweaver will summon a bound infant to be left adjacent to herself. If uninterrupted she can consume the infant and recover 25% of her total HP and refill one spell slot for each level.
Doll eyes (costs 1 round). Baba Iaga can summon a total of 3 child dolls to her aid, these dolls can cast scorching ray (3rd lvl) twice from their hollow eye sockets and then burn away.
Description
Baba Iaga Plagueweaver is a human woman, beautiful but stern in her features.
bright purple eyes, jet black hair and an ever present scowl, the one known as the wild lady of the black forests is an ancient witch that has become the bane of the people of Russ, as she feeds of their young and curses the nearby towns with plague and disease.
Leader of the Draugrnhir Coven, she can conjure the blood curl plague effects, command illness at will.
Lair and Lair Actions
Somewhere in the black forest around the russ region, the city once known as Draugrnhir lie the ruins of the long forgotten capital of the russ, but it is known, that deep in the abandoned thundra, lives she who weaves tapestries of plague and death.
And it has remained so since the years of the first bloodcurl plague.
Lair Actions
On initiative count 1 (losing initiative ties), [Baba Iaga ] takes a lair action to cause one of the following effects; the [Baba Iaga Plagueweaver] can’t use the same effect two rounds in a row:
- The lair spawns 10 Plague Zombie monsters (hp 50, ac 16).
- Surfaces covered in fog sprout shards of bone upwards (Dex save 15) dealing 1d4 piercing damage + 4 necrotic damage, these shards remain for 1d10 rounds and turn the area into difficult terrain.
- All plaguecana spells and attacks add 2d6 cold damage
Regional Effects
The region containing [Baba Iaga Plagueweaver]’s lair is [enter the effect description], which creates one or more of the following effects:
- Food and water inside a 5 km radius from the Iaga lair rots over and becomes poisonous.
- Healing spells and healing checks lose effectiveness either losing 5 points or one die.
- Creatures without any protection to disease effects receive 1d4 damage every round and get a -4 to attacks and dex saves.
- Fire spells have a chance of snuffing out (DC16 roll on character's spell casting ability modifier)
- When Iaga is halfway to dying, her form will change into that of a Nergal
If the Baba Iaga Plagueweaver dies, these effects fade over the course of 1d10 days.
