Marker. the Wendigo Matriarch has the ability to inflict the Wendigo curse much more efficiently than her lesser brood. any player inflicted with the curse by the Matriarch will turn in a single day upon the consumption of human(TM)flesh. to resist the curse, the target must make a save of dc 15 or higher. failing the save the target is also charmed.
Innate Spellcasting. The Wendigo Matriarch is a 3-level spellcaster. Its spellcasting ability is charisma (spell save DC 14, +3 to hit with spell attacks). The Wendigo Matriarch has the following sorcerer spells prepared:
Cantrips (at will): Acid Splash, Chill touch
1st level (3 slots): Fog Cloud, Ray of Sickness, Jump
Decaying scent. The area within 60 feet of the Wendigo Matriarch is so foul creature are hesitant to approach it. will save dc12 or higher to approach.(Wendigo's and those afflicted by the curse are not affected by this)
Fear of flames. Fire does triple damage and has disadvantage on ability checks and attack rolls next turn.
Natural Camouflage. has advantage on all stealth checks in its lair.
multi attack. the Wendigo Matriarch can make two claw attacks and a grab.
Claw. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 10 ft., 1 target. Hit: 5 (1d10 + 5) slashing damage.
Grab. Wendigo Matriarch makes a melee attack, if successful the targets restrained.
Bite. Wendigo Matriarch bites the grabbed target for 3D10 crush damage.

On initiative count 16 (losing initiative ties), the Wendigo Matriarch takes a lair action to cause one of the following effects; the Wendigo Matriarch can’t use the same effect two rounds in a row:
- cast Fog as a second level spell
- disengages from combat and makes a stealth check.
Regional Effects
The region containing a legendary Wendigo Matriarch lair is pulled into the shadow plane, which creates one or more of the following effects:
- Food instantly rots, water is fouled.
- bright light is treated as dim and dim is treated as darkness.
If the Wendigo Matriarch dies, these effects fade over the course of 1d10 days.
