Special Trait Name: Ascendant Primeval

Spellcasting. The "Voice of Ir" is a 10-level spellcaster. Its spellcasting ability is 1500 (MR) (spell save D2, +3 to hit with spell attacks). The "Voice of Ir" has following Ascendant spells prepared:
Cantrips (at will): Symphony of Torment, Mindrend
1st level (# slots): Vorpal Talon, Rewritten, Song of Annihilation, Ascend (x3 stacks), Summoning Eye, Ascendant Obliteration (Wipe Mechanic): 33% to "Enrage"

 

Actions

Action Name: Mindrending - Conjure a manifestation of it's will and invade the mind of a target or physically attack a player. All attacks on stacks of "Mindrend" ignore armor.

Action Melee Attack. Melee, Infinite Shardpulse: +4 to hit, reach 200 ft., 10 target. Hit: 4 (2d12 + 3) Soulfire, Power damage. 

Action Ranged Attack. Corruption Scream: +5 to hit, range 20/400 ft., All target. Hit: 3 (10d6+ 3) "Mindrend" Power damage.

All attacks will add a stack of "Mindrend" to a target player or object, stacking up to 10, for Decay, 20, for Corruption, and 30, for Insanity.

Reactions

Reaction Name: Divine Intervention: The monster when attacked will enter into a defensive or offensive stance and if it suffers a critical hit, (3d6 dmg), per 3MR, it will STUN, and it becomes open to attack, as all players receive a buff, titled: Divine Intervention. The buff EMPOWERS, all attacks from players to the monster, in turn tripling (x3) all dmg values. The monster then will react with a counter, 50/50 chance to "Enrage" or cause a spell to occur. 

Note: "Enrage" is a separate effect which EMPOWERS the monster.  

Legendary Actions

Legendary Action Name: Wrath of Ir: 

Wrath of Ir: The legendary action, Wrath of Ir, has the power to erase beings from existence but can only be used once, upon the effects of "Enrage", and Empowerment. The cost of the action is not only (4d6), of usage, but a d20, stat roll, of the monster's integral HEALTH POOL. The power of the action can apply a permanent debuff to a player which cannot be removed. The debuff, with apply effects of Insanity, that stack up to x10 over the course of the character's lifetime. Upon receiving x10 stacks a character will become Insane. (THIS CHARACTER SUFFERS A D20 PENALTY TO ALL STATS)

Description

Voice of Ir: The monster is a creature of colossal size and power scaling to near multiversal power, (True God) ability. The size is estimated to be 9,000-10,000ft in length at a current age.  The creature however is still is it's adolescent years thus the fully grown adult's size is unknown, but speculated to be triple the size. The age of the monster is approximately 610 years old. The main feature is the Abysson obsidian carapace on its body that acts as its armor. The wyvern-like appearance is overlooked by its skin which seems to materialize and immaterialize at random, the skin also emanates pulses of metaphysical energy upon discharge. The creature feeds of weakness and unlucky mortals whom have tried, and failed, to tame such a beast. The monster's body is riddled with marks and scars of past encounters.

  • Dark Entropy, Mindrending Storm

If the monster dies, these effects fade over the course of 5 days.
