Quantum Locked. When being observed, this creature is literally transformed into stone. Any creature that makes a stonework check on this creature is baffled by its origin.

Actions

Multiattack. Can make 2 melee attacks each turn except for Banishing Touch, but only when not being observed.

Banishing Touch. If this creature touches another while not Quantum Locked, it is Transported to a different Dimension. While it is trapped in this other Dimension, it loses 2D2 hp/turn. If it is knocked unconscious by this it is transported back. Also if 3 creatures are trapped in this dimension and another is transported into it, the creature that was entrapped first is teleported back to its original position. When a creature returns it pushes anything within 5ft of its original position back 5ft.
