False Appearance. While the doll remains motionless, it is indistinguishable from an ordinary, inanimate doll.
Levitation. The doll can hover up to 10 ft. above the ground or other horizontal surface as it moves.
Pincushion. Multi-attack. Big Sister makes up to three needle attacks against one or more creatures bound to it with Binding Thread, or trapped with Ground Pound, dealing 1d4+3 damage each. Big Sister takes an equal amount of damage.
Share Pain. Big Sister casts Share Pain at 2nd level. 1/day.
Ground Pound. Big Sister levitates 10 ft. in the air and moves up to 10 ft. before falling to the ground. Any creatures directly below Big Sister must make a Dexterity saving throw (DC 13) or take 1d6+3 bludgeoning damage and are knocked prone, grappled, and restrained. If Big Sister takes more than 15 damage in a round, it will move to release all held targets.
Binding Thread. A target creature within 20 ft. must succeed on a Dexterity saving throw (DC 13), or be bound to Big Sister by a thick thread, which pulls them into the air within 10 feet of Big Sister, and are restrained. At the start of their turn, a bound creature may attempt to make a Strength save (DC 13) to break the thread. If the creature is 10 ft. or more in the air, it suffers 1d6 falling damage per 10 ft. it falls.
Shared Fate. When Big Sister takes damage, it may use its reaction to curse an attacker within 30 ft. to share in the damage it takes until the start of its next turn. The cursed target must make a Constitution saving throw (DC 13) or take half the damage dealt to Big Sister. If the cursed target deals damage to Big Sister, they take the full amount of damage. 3 uses/ day.
Throw. When Big Sister takes ranged damage, it may use its reaction to throw a bound target at it's attacker, up to 30 ft., as a ranged attack. The thrown creature takes 1d6 bludgeoning damage per 10 ft. thrown. The target takes the same amount of damage if it hits.
