Description
Balophax is a scholar who became fixated with harnessing the power of the storms. With no magical talent, he resorted to dangerous experiments. When one of those experiments went hideously wrong, he was struck by lightning. Instead of dying, he gained what he always wished for; the power to harness the storms.
