Traits

Action Surge. Wehn can take one additional action on her turn, twice per encounter. 

Being of Stone. Wehn can move across difficult terrain made of earth or stone without spending extra movement. She can move through solid earth or stone as if it was air and without destabilizing it.

Innate Spellcasting. Wehn’s innate spellcasting ability is Wisdom (spell save DC 20). She can innately cast the following spells, requiring no material components:

At will: light, mage hand

3/day each: absorb elements, hunter's mark

Legendary Resistance (3/Day). If Wehn fails a saving throw, she can choose to succeed instead.

Magic Weapons. Wehn’s weapon attacks are magical.

Mind of Mazes. Wehn has advantage on all Charisma, Intelligence, and Wisdom saving throws.

Actions

Multiattack. Wehn makes four attacks with the Blade of Woe.

Blade of Woe. Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 26 (2d6 + 19) slashing damage, plus 14 (3d8) fire damage. Additionally, once per turn, the flames can leap to an additional creature within 5 ft of the first target, dealing 18 (3d8 + 4) fire damage.

Echo Avatar. Wehn can temporarily transfer her consciousness to her echo. As an action, she can see through her echo’s eyes and hear through its ears. During this time, Wehn is deafened and blinded. She can sustain this effect for up to 10 minutes, and can end it at any time (requires no action). While her echo is being used in this way, it can be up to 1,000 feet away from her without being destroyed

Healing Hands. Once per day, Wehn can touch a creature and restore 20 hit points.

Manifest Echo - Attack. When she takes the Attack action on her turn, any attack Wehn make with that action can originate from her space or the echo’s space. She makes this choice for each attack.

Shroud of Sorrow. Wehn can transform, causing all within 10 ft. to make a CHA saving throw (DC 20) or be frightened of her until the end of her next turn. This lasts for 1 minute or until she end it as a bonus action. Once on her turn she can have one attack or spell deal 20 points of extra necrotic damage to one target.

Unleash Incarnation. Wehn can heighten herecho’s fury. Whenever she takes the Attack action, she can make one additional melee attack from the echo’s position.

Waves Of Stone. Wehn can use her action to create a small earthquake on the ground in a 15-foot radius centered on her. Other creatures on that ground must succeed on a Dexterity saving throw (DC 18) or be knocked prone

Bonus Actions

Continuing Wrath of Stone. On her turn, when Wehn scores a critical hit or reduces a creature to 0 HP with her Blade of Woe, she can make one additional attack.

Manifest Echo. Wehn can use a bonus action to magically manifest an echo of herself in an unoccupied space she can see within 15 feet of her. This echo is a magical, translucent, gray image of her that lasts until it is destroyed, until she dismisses it as a bonus action, until she manifests another echo, or until she's incapacitated.

Her echo has AC 20, 1 hit point, and immunity to all conditions. If it has to make a saving throw, it uses her saving throw bonus for the roll. It is the same size as her, and it occupies its space. On her turn, she can mentally command the echo to move up to 30 feet in any direction (no action required). If her echo is ever more than 30 feet from her at the end of her turn, it is destroyed.

Manifest Echo - Teleport. Wehn can teleport, magically swapping places with her echo at a cost of 15 feet of her movement, regardless of the distance between the echo and Wehn

Second Wind. Wehn use a bonus action to regain 26 (1d10 + 20) HP 1/day.

Stone's Grasp.  Wehn can try to telekinetically shove one creature she can see within 30 feet of her. When she does so, the target must succeed on a Strength saving throw (DC 18) or be moved 5 feet toward her or away from her. A creature can willingly fail this save.

Stone Walk. Wehn magically melds with the stone around her, along with any equipment she is wearing and carrying, up to 30 feet to an unoccupied space she can see.

Reactions

Manifest Echo - Opportunity Attack. When a creature that Wehn can see within 5 feet of her echo moves at least 5 feet away from it, she can use her reaction to make an opportunity attack against that creature as if she were in the echo’s space.

Sentinel Attack. When a creature within 5 ft. of Wehn makes an attack against a target other than her, she can use her reaction to make an attack against the attacking creature.

Shadow Martyr. When can make her echo throw itself in front of an attack directed at another creature that she can see. Before the attack roll is made, she can use her reaction to teleport the echo to an unoccupied space within 5 feet of the targeted creature. The attack roll that triggered the reaction is instead made against your echo.

Waves of Sorrow Returned. When she take damage from a creature that is within 10 feet of her, Wehn can use her reaction to emanate telekinetic energy. The creature that dealt damage to her must succeed on a Strength saving throw (DC 18) or take 11 (2d8) force damage and be pushed 10 feet away from her.

Legendary Actions

Wehn can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature’s turn. Wehn regains spent legendary actions at the start of her turn.

Assault (Costs 2 Actions). Wehn attacks once with her Blade of Woe or uses her Stone's Grasp.

Waves of Stone (Costs 3 Actions). Wehn uses Waves of Stone.

Stone Walk. Wehn uses her Stone Walk action.
