Description
Pseudodragons dwells in the quiet places of the world, making their homes in the hollows of trees and small caves. Although unlike its red cousin, the blue pseudodragon is known to dwell within cities as well. Roosting in the tiny high spots of cathedrals, towers, and attics, hunting pigeons and rats and taking full advantage of the wealth of the city to build its tiny horde.
With its purple-blue scales, horns, and a maw filled with sharp teeth, a blue pseudodragon resembles a tiny blue dragon but its disposition is very playful and kind.
Blue pseudodragons are tiny creatures and are similar in size to an average cat. They can be up to 24" nose to tail, and stand around 7" high at the chest.
Lair and Lair Actions

While it its lair, the blue pseudodragon has +10 to attack and damage rolls against any creature threatening its horde.
While in its lair, the blue pseudodragon can make a psychic attack against a creature threatening it. The creature must succeed on a wisdom saving throw (DC 15). On a failed save, the creature loses all knowledge of the blue pseudodragon's whereabouts, horde, and appearance. Taking 1d10 psychic damage on a successful save.
