Amorphous. The pudding can move through a space as narrow as 1 inch wide without squeezing. The ooze has no vital organs or weak spots, and takes no extra damage from critical hits.
Molten Aspect. The Ooze's body is made of molten material and burns everything around it. Any fire damage dealt by the Ooze ignores fire resistance and treats fire immunity as fire resistance.
When a creature starts its turn within 60 ft. or comes within 60 ft. of the Ooze for the first time it must make a DC 18 Constitution Saving Throw or take 7 (2d6) fire damage.
A Creature that touches the Ooze or hits it with a melee attack while within 10 ft. of it takes 14 (4d6) fire damage.
Molten Aspect. The Ooze leaves a trail of molten-hot material in its wake. For every 5 feet a creature moves through this material they take 14(4d6) fire damage.
Multiattack. The Ooze makes two attacks with its Pseudopod.
Pseudopod. Melee Weapon Attack: +12 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 20 (3d8 +7) bludgeoning damage plus 14 (4d6) fire damage.
Retaliate. When the Ooze is hit by a creature within its reach, it may make one attack against that creature with its Pseudopod.
The Volcanic Ooze can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action may be used at a time and only at the end of another creature’s turn. The Ooze regains spent legendary actions at the start of its turn.
Flame Burst: One creature within 60 ft. of the ooze makes a DC 18 Dexterity saving throw or takes 24(6d6) fire damage, taking half as much on a success.
Radiate: Forces all creatures within 60 ft. of it to make a Constitution saving throw against the Ooze’s Molten Aspect ability, regardless of if it has already made the saving throw this round.
Rush (Costs 2): The Ooze moves 40 ft., and all creature in its way must make a DC 18 Dexterity saving throw or take 14(4d6) fire damage and be pushed out of the way and knocked prone. Those who pass move out of the way without provoking attacks of opportunity.
