Description
Umbrella spiders disguise themselves as the tops of umbrellas. When a creature tries to open said umbrella, the umbrella spider will eject off of the rod and float softly to the ground, before unsheathing its metallic pseudopods. It then tries to tackle the creature to the ground so that it can easily stab its prey to death with its pseudopods. Once its prey is dead, the umbrella spider will drain the marrow from the creature’s bones via its pseudopods. Once it has enough bone marrow from its victims (roughly four Small humanoid victims or three Medium humanoid victims), it reproduces through mitosis.
