Amphibious. The uzollru can breathe both air and water.

Magic Resistance. The uzollru has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.

Magic Weapons. The uzollru’s weapon attacks are magical.

Obyrith Influence. All non-obyrith creatures that start their turns within 80 feet of the uzollru or which enter this radius for the first time on a turn must succeed on a DC 19 Wisdom saving throw or have their mind warped by the uzollru's presence. The creature gains a unique type of short-term madness in which they are struck dumb by the uzollru's size. If the creature is not of huge size or larger, the creature is subject to the stunned condition whenever an uzollru or any other creature that is of huge size or larger is within its line of sight. This madness lasts 5 (1d10) rounds or until cured if the creature did not fail the saving throw by 5 or more. If it did, the madness lasts 5 (1d10) minutes or until cured. A creature that succeeds on the Wisdom saving throw or for whom the madness ends is immune to the uzollru's Obyrith Influence for 24 hours.

Actions

Multiattack. The uzollru makes five attacks, two with its claws and two with its tentacles as well as one with its draining tentacles, or the uzollru makes three attacks with its claws and one with its draining tentacles.

Claw. Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 20 ft., 1 target. Hit: 27 (5d8 + 6) bludgeoning damage plus 18 (3d8 + 5) piercing damage. 

Tentacle. Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 10 ft., 1 target. Hit: 17 (4d6 + 3) bludgeoning damage plus 11 (2d8 + 2) acid damage and the target is grappled (escape DC 20). The uzollru has five tentacles, each of which can grapple only one target.

Draining Tentacles. All creatures that the uzollru is currently grappling must make a DC 19 Constitution saving throw. A creature takes 27 (6d8) acid damage on a failed save, or half as much damage on a successful one.

Description

Incredibly dangerous even by demonic standards, the obyrith demons known as uzollru are the heralds of the obyrith demon lord Dagon. Endlessly loyal to their eldritch master, uzollru patrol the water's of Dagon's realm, the Shadowsea, but occasionally make their way to the darkest reaches of the Elemental Plane of Water, and rarely even to the Prime Material Plane.

Like many obyriths, uzollru have the ability to bestow a unique kind of madness upon those they meet. Uzollru, specifically, can warp other's minds into gaining a kind of megalophobia, in which a victim is stunned by the sheer size of uzollru and similar monsters.
