Oxi-Combustion. The blood of a bloodbane is a thick, dark purple substance that has a similar consistency to syrup. The substance creates a chemical reaction when exposed to oxygen, causing it to combust. Any time blood would leave the body of a bloodbane, it combusts. Due to this, many people who run into bloodbanes report patches of fur missing from supposedly recent wounds on the creature. Any time piercing or slashing damage would be dealt to a bloodbane, the bloodbane takes 1d4 fire damage (this is affected by resistances).
Claws. Melee Weapon Attack: +6 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 9 (2d6 + 2) slashing damage.
Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 11 (2d8 + 2) piercing damage.
Improvised Fireball. When a bloodbane has dropped below half health it will do anything to get out of the encounter, and makes its final stand. The bloodbane shoots blood from its mouth, causing a stream of flaming blood to hurdle at a target up to 10 feet away. Treat this as a melee attack, no matter the range. When it hits, this liquid fireball splatters onto the enemy and causes them to burn for 2d4 turns. At the beginning of each of these turns, the target takes 1d6 fire damage.
Boiling Blood. When a melee piercing or slashing type attack is made against a bloodbane, the creature's sticky blood will stick to any surface it touches. The attacker must make a reflex save (DC 16) or else take 1d8 fire damage from the chemical combustion.
