Description
Valencia's clockwork armada are a lesson in how not to create an intelligent if mechanical, race. The people of Valencia desired an artificial army so that they could devote themselves more to romantic and artistic pursuits and so commissioned an artificer to create it for them. This worked well as the artificer built the first and most powerful of the automatons and as the final step gave it the heart of a celestial however he had scrubbed away the goodness and left only a desire for law. This first clockwork man was the head of Valencia's new navy but once the nation was at peace it quickly set upon its own schemes and agendas turning the kingdoms greatest asset into its doom. Armada marines are bulky being built in the form of a large but not giant man and are the Armadas front line in any assault.
