Multiattack. BEARHUG makes two attacks with its Kanabo and one with its Headbutt
Kanabo. Melee Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 12 (2d8 + 5) bludgeoning damage, plus 7 (2d6) bludgeoning damage if the target is stunned or prone.
Headbutt. Melee Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, one target. Hit: 6 (1d6 + 3) bludgeoning damage. On a hit, the target must make a DC 18 Con saving throw or become Stunned and get disadvantage on its ability checks until the end of BEARHUG's next turn.
Bearhug. If a Headbutt hits, if the target is grappled by BEARHUG or if the target is Stunned, BEARHUG can consume half of her movement to grapple the target. While Grappled by BEARHUG, the target is Deafened, Blinded, and Restrained as well as taking 2d10 suffocation damage if they start their turn grappled by BEARHUG or if BEARHUG starts her turn grappling them. While BEARHUG is grappling the target, she cannot attack or move, her AC drops by two, and she must make a DC 15 Con Saving throw when she is attacked, releasing the target is she fails it twice in a row. When she releases the target willingly, she can throw the target up to thirty feet away, dealing 2d12 bludgeoning damage to anybody it hits as well as forcing them to make a DC 17 Dexterity saving throw or becoming knocked prone, with the thrown target taking 2d12 damage for everybody they hit as well as taking 3d10 bludgeoning upon landing and becoming prone.
Beargrab. Instead of making an attack of opportunity, BEARHUG can instead opt for a grapple.
