Special Equipment. The Weavebreaker wears wings of flying (a rare magic item that requires attunement). He can use an action to speak the command word of the wings, giving him a flying speed of 60 ft. for 1 hour.
The Weavebreaker also wears a ring of telekinesis (a very rare magic item that requires attunement) that allows him to cast the telekinesis spell at will on objects that aren't being worn or carried.
The Weavebreaker has received a boon from the Annihilation Cascade, which manifests as the Extinction Call (an artifact that requires attunement). As a bonus action the Weavebreaker can transform the Extinction Call into Extinction's Aegis (+3 shield), Extinction's Embrace (+3 plate armor, no strength requirement), or Extinction's Edge (+3 melee weapon). The Weavebreaker can also dismiss the Extinction Call as a bonus action, causing it to disappear. Regardless of what form it is in, while the Weavebreaker is attuned to the Extinction Call he automatically succeeds on saving throws made against spells and effects that would alter his form, unless he chooses to fail.
Extinction's Aegis. While in its shield form, the Extinction Call grants the Weavebreaker 10 temporary hit points at the start of his turn.
Extinction's Embrace. While in its armour form, the Extinction Call grants the Weavebreaker resistance to necrotic, acid and force damage.
Extinction's Edge. While in its weapon form, the Extinction Call grants the Weavebreaker proficiency in Dexterity saving throws.
Legendary Resistance (3/Day). If the Weavebreaker fails a saving throw, he can choose to succeed instead.
Magic Resistance. The Weavebreaker has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.

Multiattack. The Weavebreaker makes two attacks.
Extinction's Aegis (Shield Form Only). Ranged Weapon Attack: +18 to hit, range 60/120., one creature. Hit: 1d8+8 (12) bludgeoning damage plus 2d8 (9) force damage. The target must succeed on a DC 19 Constitution saving throw or be stunned for 1 minute. The target can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success.
Extinction's Edge (Weapon Form Only). Melee Weapon Attack: +18 to hit, reach 5 ft., one creature. Hit: 1d8+8 (12) slashing damage plus 3d8 (14) force damage, and the Weavebreaker can choose to end a magical effect on the target. Spells and magical effects of 3rd level or lower immediately end. If the effect is of 4th level or higher the Weavebreaker must make a Charisma check. The DC equals 10 + the spell's level. On a successful check, the effect ends. For every magical effect ended this way the force damage done by Extinction's Edge increases by 1d8 for 1 minute.
Extinction's Embrace (Armour Form Only). Melee Weapon Attack: +18 to hit, reach 20 ft., one creature. Hit: 1d8+8 (12) bludgeoning damage plus 1d8 (5) force damage, and the target must make a DC 19 Strength saving throw or be moved 20 ft. towards or away from the Weavebreaker.
Extinction Transfigured. The Weavebreaker changes the form of the Extinction Call.

The Weavebreaker targets a creature within 120 ft. of him, and either disables a magical item the creature is using, turning it into a mundane item, or stops it from casting a particular spell of the Weavebreaker's choosing. A creature can use a bonus action on its turn to make a Charisma saving throw against the Weavebreaker's spell save DC, ending the effect on a success.
