Bodily Fluctuation. Vryzrea changes his properties whenever he takes damage. Pick two from these selections: new heads, new limbs, resistances, weaknesses, new attacks, extra actions, less actions, terrain problems, new movement speeds, or new spells.

This Might Be a Problem. Vryzrea can roll on the wild magic table once per round. However, as he loses more hp, he can roll more often. Below half health, he can roll once per everyone's turn. At 1/4 hp or less, he can roll at will, whenever he wants.

Spellcasting. Vryzrea is a 7-level spellcaster. His spellcasting ability is CHA (spell save DC 15, +8 to hit with spell attacks). Vryzrea has following spells prepared:

Actions

Drastic Evolution. Vryzrea takes on the size of Gargantuan for a turn. Anyone who is squished by him is knocked back 10ft and takes 3d10 Bludgeoning damage.

Vryzrea has several attacks, but only a few are prepped at once. He can swap these around via Bodily Fluctuation. He can have up to two Melee and two Ranged attacks prepped at once.

Crush Chomp. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 10 ft., 1 target. Hit: (1d10 + 5) [Necrotic] damage. 

Bile-Filled Blast. Melee Weapon Attack: +2 to hit, reach 5ft., 1 target. Hit: (2d6 + 2) [Poison] damage.

Scythe Legs. Melee Weapon Attack: +0 to hit, reach 10ft., 1 target. Hit: (1d8 + 0) [Slashing] damage. This attack can be used if Vryzrea moves onto a target.

Distasteful Bellow. Melee Weapon Attack: +1 to hit, reach 15ft., 10ft radius. Hit: (2d4 + 1) [Necrotic] damage.

Sapping Tongue. Melee Weapon Attack: +2 to hit, reach 10ft., 1 target. Hit: (1d8 + 2) [Bludgeoning] damage. Vryzrea regains half of the damage dealt as HP.

Teeth Rockets. RangedWeapon Attack: +0 to hit, range 90/270 ft., 1 target. Hit: (1d6 + 2) [Fire] damage.

Decomposing Laser. Ranged Weapon Attack: +3 to hit, range 100/300 ft., 1 target. Hit: (1d4 + 3) [Poison] damage. The target, if hit, takes 1d4 Necrotic damage every turn after the attack takes place until Vryzrea either un-prepares this attack or Vryzrea is defeated.

Icy Fire. Ranged Weapon Attack: +2 to hit, range 30/90 ft., up to 4 targets. Hit: (1d8 + 2) [Cold] damage. The targets must succeed a DC 12 CON save or be unable to move until they can remake and possibly succeed the save at the end of their turn.

Self-Made Explosives. Ranged Weapon Attack: -1 to hit, range 20/60 ft., 30ft. radius. Hit: (2d10 + 2) [Force] damage plus (1d8 + 0) [Fire] damage.

Tarantula Webs. Ranged Weapon Attack: +0 to hit, range 30/90 ft., 1 target. Hit: (1d4 + 0) [Poison] damage. Vryzrea can start to pull whoever gets hit by the attack towards him in 10ft increments until they cut the webs using an action.

Description

Vryzrea is Squizoid's second-favorite creation: a mass of writhing heads, limbs, and tentacles with a pinch of self-awareness. Squizoid usually has Vryzrea on as their favorite soldier, deploying him when they deem necessary. Vryzrea in battle in very terrifying. He immediately starts to mutate his body, going out of control, being able to access both magic and physical strength and turning into a chaotic mess that can and will consume everything in his path.
