Birds of a Feather. In Vlad's domain, birds obey all of Vlad's commands, and will never attack him unless forced to by magic.

Indomitable (3/Day). Vlad can reroll a saving throw he fails. He must use the new roll.

Magic Resistance. Vlad has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.

Polearm Master. When Vlad attacks with his Pike, he can make an Off-Hand attack as a bonus action.

Special Equipment. Vlad possesses a Pike, +3, a Ring of Free Action, and Gauntlets of Ogre Power, all of which are accounted for in his stat block. Without the Gauntlets, Vlad's Strength is 15 due to old age.

Survivor. Vlad regains 10 hit points at the start of its turn if it has at least 1 hit point but fewer hit points than half its hit point maximum.

Unimpeded. Due to his Ring of Free Action, difficult terrain does not cost Vlad extra movement, and magic cannot reduce his speed.

Multiattack. Vlad makes two weapon attacks; if he attacks with his Pike, he can make an off-hand attack as a bonus action.

Pike. Melee Weapon Attack: +12 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 12 (1d10 + 7) piercing damage.

Off-Hand. Melee Weapon Attack: +12 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 9 (1d4 + 7) piercing damage. 

Shortbow. Ranged Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, range 80/320 ft., one target. Hit: 6 (1d6 + 3) piercing damage.

Vlad can take 3 legendary actions, choosing from the options below. Only one legendary action option can be used at a time and only at the end of another creature’s turn. Vlad regains spent legendary actions at the start of his turn.

Weapon Attack. Vlad makes a weapon attack.

Command Ally. Vlad targets one ally he can see within 30 feet of it. If the target can see and hear Vlad, the target can make one weapon attack as a reaction and gains advantage on the attack roll.

Frighten Foe (Costs 2 Actions). Vlad targets one enemy it can see within 30 feet of him. If the target can see and hear him, the target must succeed on a DC 17 Wisdom saving throw or be frightened until the end of Vlad's next turn.
