Curse of War. Anyone that comes in a 120 feet radius of the red knight must make a Charisma saving throw (spell save DC 15), or be afected by the crown of madness for 15 minutes and attack the closest creature other than the red knight in its vicinity

Spellcasting. The Red Knight is a 17th-level spellcaster. Its spellcasting ability is Charisma (spell save DC 15, +7 to hit with spell attacks). It regains its expended spell slots when it finishes a short or long rest. It knows the following spells:
Cantrips (at will): fire bolt, thaumaturgy,
1st–5th level (4 5th-level slots): burning hands, flame strike, hellish rebuke, scorching ray, wall of fire, dimension door
Sword of War. Melee Weapon Attack: +10 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 5 (1d8) bludgeoning damage plus 14 (3d8) fire damage.
The Red Knight fights only if provoked.
If so he dismounts and fights till all attackers are dead.
The persistence of War (3/each day). When the red knight makes an ability check or saving throw, it can add a d10 to the roll. It can do this after the roll is made but before any of the roll’s effects occur.
The flames of failure. When the red knight is reduced to 0 hit points he self destructs in a fireball. Everyone in a 20 foot radius arround the knight is affected by the spell.
Description
The red Knight sits on a brown horse with a burning mane.
Thick red Armor hides every Part of his body.
On his head is a red Kabuto helmet and his face is hidden by a black oni Mask that depicts a smiling demon. Behind the Eyesockets of his Mask are two red glooming beeds that send everyone who looks at this monster in a frenzy madness in which they attack everyone in their vicinity even their loved ones. Where the red knight appears people are ocercome by anger and thirst for blood.
The few ones that survive describe a red knight on a burning horse.
If he should ever be defeated he dissolves in self destructive fire ball leaving only the "Sword of War" behind.
