At will: eldritch blast, fire bolt, frostbite, ray of frost.

3/day: hex, misty step, scorching ray.

1/day: cone of cold.

Multiattack. Black Ice Aspen can make two of the attacks listed below, but can only cast one spell per action. (At the exception of eldritch blast dealing two attacks.)

Icy Claws. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 11 (1d8 + 7) slashing damage.

Black Ice Bolt. Ranged Spell Attack: +4 to hit, reach 120 ft., one target. Hit: 11 (1d8 + 7) cold damage.

Touch of Frost. Melee Spell Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one creature. Hit: 16 (3d8 + 3) cold damage, and the target can’t take reactions until the start of its next turn.
