Traits

Voice Mimicry. The Wendigo can mimic any sounds it has heard including voices. A creatures that hears the sounds can tell they are imitations with a successful DC 13 Wisdom (insight) check.

Shapeshifter. The Wendigo can polymorph into a medium or large beast or humanoid it has seen. Its Statistics are the same regardless of the form, other than its size. Any equipment it is wearing or carrying isn't transformed. It reverts to it's true form if it dies or is attacked with fire damage. It cannot communicate intelligently in any form.

Actions

Multiattack. The Wendigo makes two attacks: one with its bite and one with its claws. If it can the Wendigo uses it's Staggering Roar instead of a bite attack. 

Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., target a creature which is Grappled by the Wendigo, Incapacitated or Restrained. Hit: # (1d8 + 6) piercing damage. 

Claw. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft. Hit: # (2d6 + 6) slashing damage.

Staggering Roar (Recharge 3 rounds). The Wendigo emits a thundering roar. Each creature within 30 ft of the Wendigo must succeed a DC 13 Wisdom saving throw or be frightened for 1 minute. On immediate success, a creature is immune to Staggering Roar for 1 hr. A creature can repeat a saving throw at the end of each of its turn, ending the effect on a successful save.

Description

Tall and fierce, this creature is of a large size. It has long arms with claws, a thick hide covering its body, legs with hooves and a creature’s skull where its head should be. This could be part of the creature or another it has found in place of its head.

What it wants. The wendigo will not stop until it has corrupted all beings it can. It will use every technique it can to make the players either die or succumb to its will of canabalism.x
