Astral Stomach. The way the drake stores items is by swallowing them into a second stomach that serves as a portal to its own pocket dimension rather than digesting anything. For the drake to swallow something, it must be at most 2 feet in its two shortest dimensions. ie. A sword that is 5' x 3" x 1" could be easily swallowed, because the two shortest dimensions are 3 and 1 inches. The items that the drake swallows and regurgitates are only left covered in saliva if the bag drake wishes.
If the bag drake is killed or impaled, the items stored in it's pocket dimension explode out from it. Anyone within 15 feet must make a DC 15 dexterity saving throw, taking 2d6 piercing damage on a fail or half as much on a success. Any fragile items are broken in the process.
The bag drake can hold up to 500 pounds, not exceeding a volume of 64 cubic feet, and it weighs 7 pounds regardless of its contents.
Placing a bag drake inside another extradimensional space is not recommended.
Breath Weapon (recharge 4-6). The drake may expell some of it's stored items at a high velocity in a 5ft cone. Any creatures in the cone must make a DC 10 dexterity saving throw, taking 1d6 damage on a fail or no damage on a success
Description
The bag drake is a tiny, draconic lizard that tends to invade and live in the bags of adventurers and travelers. This may either be a boon or a curse. If the drake takes a liking to you, it will store your items in a pocket dimension and anticipate you needs, producing whatever item you wish before you even reach into the bag. However, if you are unkind to the drake it will inconvenience and torment you. It will store and return items at random and leave your belongings slobbery and chewed upon. When you store very valuable items in a bag with a mistreated bag drake living inside, then it may decide to keep them for it's tiny, extradimensional dragon horde.
