Keen Sight and Hearing. The owlbear has advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on sight or sound. The owlbear knows the location of all creatures within a 30 metre radius if it can hear.

Pack Tactics. The Alpha Owlbear has advantage on an attack roll against a creature if at least one of its allies is within 5 feet of the creature and the ally isn’t incapacitated.

Actions

Multiattack. The owlbear makes up to three attacks: one with it's screech (if charged) one with its beak and one with its claws.

Screech.(recharge 5-6) Area of Affect: the creature lets out a loud screech that deals damage to every other creature within a 15 ft radius. Each creature must make a DC 13 Constitution saving through or take 2d8 thunder damage and become deafened for 1 minute. On a success the creature takes half damage and info deafened.

Beak. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one creature. Hit: 10 (1d10 + 5) piercing damage.

Claws. Melee Weapon Attack: +7 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 14 (2d8 + 5) slashing damage.
