Description
Arleya is a veteran of the last war, in which she served with honor. A teleportation accident during the war left her and her legion stranded in a stressful situation that broke her. In Eberron, this was near the Labyrinth. Fighting through the carrion tribes, and finding herself the prisoner of a rakshasa warlord, Arleya was the sole survivor of her legion.
This experience has left her with post-traumatic stress disorder, which utilizes the Stress Points system found on DnD Disability. At 5 points or more of stress she is stunned for 1 round. She has a spinning ring in the shape of a Sovereign octagram. Using this device as an action reduces her stress level by 1 point.
After leaving the service, she joined the city watch. In Eberron, this is in Tavicks Landing in Sharn.
