Appearing with smooth scales and a matte white appearance the vampire monitor by all purposes resembles a giant lizard except for its protruding fangs it snarls vigorously in the presence of blood and is quick to attack its prey draining it fully in mere moments.
smaller variations of this beast may have a smaller stomach and are not capable of fully draining their prey but they certainly drink faster inflicting more damage on their prey in a shorter period of time
with a jaw like a snake they can unhinge it increasing the depth they can sink those razor sharp fangs in their prey
