Battle Cry. All of Viskaloo"s mechanical devices are capable of playing loud, distracting music when used in battle, activated via Bonus Action. All creatures within 60 feet of one of his devices who can hear this music have disadvantage on Concentration Saving Throws.

Spellcasting. Viskaloo is a 5th-level spellcaster. Its spellcasting ability is Intelligence (spell save DC 15, +7 to hit with spell attacks). Viskaloo has following Artificer spells prepared:
Cantrips (at will): Firebolt, Ray of Frost
1st level (4 slots): Cure Wounds, Faerie Fire, Sanctuary, Shield

2nd level (2 slots): Blur,  Invisibility, Scorching Ray

Actions

Shock Gun. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., 1 target. Hit: 3 (1d4 + 1) Bludgeoning damage. On hit, target must make a Constitution Saving Throw (DC 15). On a failed save, the target takes an additional 5 (2d4) Lightning damage and is knocked Prone.

Blinding Strike [3/Day]. Viskaloo casts the spell Color Spray at first level. All expended uses recharge on a Short Rest.

Crutch Rifle (Recharge 6). RangedWeapon Attack: +8 to hit, range 120/300 ft., 1 target. Hit: 13 (3d8 + 5) Radiant damage.

Reactions

Redirect Attack. When a creature that Viskaloo can see targets him with an attack, he chooses a Construct within 5 feet of him. The two switch places, and the chosen Construct becomes the target instead.
