Shapechanger. The weredino can use its action to polymorph into a Large Dinosaur-humanoid hybrid or into a Large Dino, or back into its true form, which is humanoid. Its statistics, other than its size and AC, are the same in each form. Any equipment it is wearing or carrying isn't transformed. It reverts to its true form if it dies.
Keen Smell. The weredino has advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on smell.
Charge (Dino or Hybrid Form Only). If the weredino moves at least 15 feet straight toward a target and then hits it with its tail on the same turn, the target takes an extra 12 (2d12) slashing damage. If the target is a creature, it must succeed on a DC 15 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone
Multiattack (Humanoid or Hybrid Form Only). In Dino form, the weredino makes a bite and a tail attack. In humanoid form, it makes two greataxe attacks. In hybrid form, it can attack like a Dino or a humanoid
Bite (Dino or Hybrid Form Only). Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 17 (2d10 + 6) piercing damage. If the target is a humanoid, it must succeed on a DC 14 Constitution saving throw or be cursed with weredino lycanthropy.
Greataxe (Humanoid or Hybrid Form Only). Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 18 (2d12 + 6) slashing damage.
Tail. (Dino or Hybrid Form Only) Melee Weapon Attack: +8 to hit, reach 10 ft., one target. Hit: 19 (3d8 + 6) bludgeoning damage.
Description
A humanoid affected with Weredino Lycanthropy becomes a monstrous creature even among other Were creatures, transforming into the mighty and rare weredino. A large fearsome hybrid that is top of the food chain among its Werekin.
