Death By Fire. Doused in oily substances, the Sorchsavant is ready to burst into flame at a moments notice. If the Scarboril Scorchsavant takes any fire damage, their whole body ignites into flame. While ignited, the Scarboril Scorchsavant gains the following traits:
Scarboril Scorchsavant sheds bright light in a 30-foot radius, and dim light for an additional 30 feet. Additionally, the Scorchsavant deals an additional 4 (1d6) fire damage on its melee attacks, and can move an additional 5 ft as part of its movement. A creature that touches the Scorchsavant or hits it with a melee attack while within 5 feet of it takes 5 (1d10) fire damage. If their Hit Points hit zero while ignited, the Scorchsavant can make one Cleaver attack at any creature in range before dying.
If the Scarboril Scorchsavant takes 15 points of cold damage, its fire is doused, forcing it to try and restart its fire.
Hold Breath. The Scarboril can hold its breath for 15 minutes.
Insane Obsession. The fanatic has advantage on saving throws against being charmed or frightened.
Multiattack. The Scarboril Scorchsavant makes two Cleaver attacks.
Flaming Cleaver. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 7 (1d6 + 3) slashing damage. If the Scorchsavant is ignited, it deals an additional 4 (1d6) fire damage.

Description
Devotees of the mad Scarboril gods, Scorchsavants embrace the madness of life: The purpose of life is suffering, so to suffer is to live. Dousing their body in oils and other flammable substances, these mad zealots will set themselves alight in order to embrace the purpose of life with ally and foe alike.
Flying forward, wreathed in fire and swinging searing blades at high speed, Scarboril Scorchsavants will embrace slaughter, either their foes or their own, with the selfsame reckless joy.
