Description
One of the most vile and dangerous creatures in the multiverse, Bill Cipher is an abberant triangular dream demon from a long dead plane of reality that he destroyed for a throwaway gag. Although his various attempts to take control of the universe have all been averted, he is still feared across the multiverse as one of the greatest threats to life ever known. Although much about him has been chronicled by the Pines family, little is known of him.
The Dapper. Bill seems obsessed with looking the part, dressing up with canes, watches pinned to his triangular form, and his signature top hat and bow tie. He often possesses humans for enjoyment, and generally has fun dressing him up accordingly. Why he does this is unknown, only that the last time someone damaged his precious hat they where instantaneously turned into a back scratcher.
The Mad. Bill is not only insane, he is the very definition of insanity, constantly spouting weird phrases, items and general chaos. Entrances from Bill include appearing through a flaming hole and ripping the teeth out of a deer before handing them out to any bystanders, summoning a screaming decapitated head which he then rips to pieces before the summoners eyes, turning the faces of nearby bystanders literally inside out , and even just straight out killing the unfortunate summoner. He also makes up strange, nonsensical catchphrases “reality is an illusion the universe is a hologram okay bye gold byyyeee!” And blasts out party music so as to dance around and sing along while he tortures his victims.
The Joking. To a being like Bill, these acts of insanity and needless cruelty do not seem depraved or twisted. To him, the universe is a gigantic joke, and he is responsible for throwing in some new punchlines. He often acts confused when other beings don’t seem to get the humour in being tortured and toyed with, much to his own disappointment. He often spends what spare time he has searching for other creatures as twisted as he is, although never anything so powerful that it could pose a threat to his rule. All such beings are to be eliminated immediately.
