Devil's Sight. Magical darkness doesn't impede the devil's darkvision.

Magic Resistance. The devil has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.

Speed of Asmodeus. It feeds on the power of Asmodeus, allowing it to reach speeds similar to his, but not without his knowing of so... Its AC is 20 dependent completely on speed, if something suppresses its speed it's AC is 10.

Actions

 

Devil's Reaction. On any enemy attack roll, it can force them to either roll with disadvantage, or take a reaction to avoid the attack altogether, with the cost of it's next turn.

Chaotic Body. It can do this 3 times, but after taking a dodge reaction, it can use an action to a part of its body into its original form, doing the damage it'd normally do if not in it's speed form.

Talons of Torture. It can take an action to hit its opponent with its talon like hands, which will do 5d8 slashing damage. Or it can fold it's hand into a spear like shape and do 5d6 piercing damage.
