Soul Eater:
Whenever a creature dies within 60 ft of Alduin, he can do a DC 15 Wisdom check to attempt to devour the soul of the creature. When a soul is devoured, he gains the action surge effect to use this turn.
Breath Weapon: Roll on the Breath Weapon table in the special trait description
Tail. Melee Weapon Attack: +19 to hit, reach 15 ft., 1 target. Hit: 31 (6d6 + 10) bludgeoning damage and 9 (2d8) piercing damage
Bite. MeleeWeapon Attack: +19 to hit, range 10 ft., 1 target. Hit: 49 (6d12 + 10) piercing damage.
Swallow. When you land a bite attack, you swallow the creature. Each turn, the creature swallowed takes 36 (8d8) acid damage.
Paralysis Stare. you can force a creature to do a DC24 Wisdom saving throw or become paralysed for 1d12 hours
Alduin can use a reaction to breathe a burst of flame at the creature instead of an opportunity attack and the breath weapon is a 15 ft cone and does 14 (4d6) fire damage and 2 (1d4) necrotic damage.
When Alduin successfully kills a character, he recharges his legendary actions. He can use it at the end of the round

Description
Alduin, The World Eater was the greatest dragon of all time and could not be bested in combat. He was brought to this world by the elder scroll and now terrorizes this plane, trying to find his way back to his kingdom, or obtaining total rule of the dragons that live here.
