Psychic Defenses. At 6th level, you gain resistance to psychic damage, and you have advantage on saving throws against being charmed or frightened.
Saving Face. Hobgoblins are careful not to show weakness in front of their allies, for fear of losing status. If you miss with an attack roll or fail an ability check or a saving throw, you can gain a bonus to the roll equal to the number of allies you can see within 30 feet of you (maximum bonus of +5). Once you use this trait, you can't use it again until you finish a short or long rest.
Spellcasting. The acolyte is a 6th-level spellcaster. Its spellcasting ability is Wisdom (spell save DC 15, +7 to hit with spell attacks). The acolyte has following cleric spells prepared:

1st level (4 slots): arms of hadar, dissonant whispers, shield, grease
2nd level (3 slots): crown of madness, blindness/deafness, scorching ray, tasha's mind whip

Dagger. Melee Weapon Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 2 (1d4) slashing damage.
