Traits
Swarm. The ocean can occupy another creature's space and vice versa, and the swarm can move through any opening large enough for a Tiny spider. The swarm can't regain hit points or gain temporary hit points.
Actions
Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +20 to hit, reach 0 ft., one target in the swarm's space. Hit: 44 (6d12+5) piercing damage, or 5 (3d12+5) piercing damage if the swarm has half of its hit points or fewer.
Description
this is a swarm of spiders that take up the area of a large lake in it's entirety, (If dnd beyond had the size colossal this swarm would be that size)
due to this swarms size, a natural 1 on a die is the only way to miss hitting it

Posted Jun 20, 2020Ok.. This looks like a fightable nature disaster type creature... Some ideas on this...
the attack should be a save for half kind of thing.. you take damage being engulfed... (oh and 6d12+5 is avg of 39 and 3d12+5 is 26, 20d20 hp is 220hp), a dex of 20 is weird for a huge horde of spiders... in my opinion.
